Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to return the purchased products within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons (exceptions see below). The refund will be made in the amount of the purchase price minus the shipping costs. The return of the goods is at the customer's expense.

Damaged or defective goods

If the goods are damaged or defective on receipt, the seller shall bear the full cost of returning the goods and refund the full purchase price including shipping costs.

These regulations apply in addition to other statutory claims of the customer.

Prohibition of intentional damage

It is forbidden to deliberately damage the goods in order to obtain a full refund.

Customized products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are specially made to the consumer's order if the manufacture of the goods requires an individual selection or specification by the consumer or the goods are clearly manufactured according to the consumer's personal wishes.

General

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who live outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose place of residence and delivery address are outside the EU at the time the contract is concluded.
